Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it and contact us within 24 hours if:

After verification, our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and personal care reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, customers may have rights under local consumer protection laws.

However, due to hygiene and personal-use product regulations, opened or used intimate products are not eligible for return or cancellation.

Refunds
